David Carrigan (Lead Vocals and Keyboards)
David has been a vibrant presence in the Halifax music scene for several years. His musical journey includes stints with well-known local groups such as Toucan, Jester, Pace, and most recently The Classics, a seven-piece R&B Dance band that became a fixture in the Halifax music scene during their tenure. A versatile musician, David brings his talents as a lead vocalist, backup vocalist, and keyboardist to the band. With a particular fondness for love songs, David shines when performing classics from artists like Elton John, Bread, and James Taylor. His smooth voice and heartfelt delivery make him a standout in the band’s lineup.

Chris MacDonald (Guitar and Vocals)
Chris is a versatile guitarist whose talent transcends genres. Having honed his craft in bands like The Syndicate Band and The Classics, Chris has developed a remarkable ability to adapt to any style of music, from the deep grooves of the blues to the intricate harmonies of jazz and the driving rhythms of rock. A true master of his instrument, Chris is known for his tasteful solos that seamlessly blend multiple genres, creating a sound that is both innovative and timeless. Whether delivering a soulful blues riff or a high-energy rock solo, Chris brings a unique blend of skill, passion, and creativity to every performance.

Mike Schofield (Bass)
Mike is a seasoned bassist with deep roots in the Halifax music scene. As the original bass player for The Classics, Mike helped lay the foundation for the band’s enduring success before branching out to explore new musical horizons. His journey has included stints with Black Tickle and more recently with Reminiscent, a band that continues to perform around Halifax. Known for his rock-solid rhythm and adaptability, Mike is an accomplished musician who effortlessly transitions across musical styles. His groove and precision on the bass provide the heartbeat of the band, anchoring every performance with a blend of skill and versatility.

Shawn Woodard (Percussion)
Shawn is no stranger to the stage as he has been in the entertainment business for over 40 years. His early years were spent in southern Ontario performing in primarily musical theater. Shawn also joined numerous musical groups covering a variety of musical genres as background vocals and percussionist. In early 2000, Shawn relocated to Halifax where he continued to do stage productions, playwriting, and preforming solo singing and guitar acts. Shawn brings a simple and subtle groove that won’t blow your ear drums but is guaranteed to keep your toes tapping.
